The question raised about PCGS guarantee. As an NGC dealer, incorrect variety attributions do not fall under the guarantee. At least not at NGC and I believe the same applies to PCGS. Although PCGS may desire to make this right.
For me, the simplest way to identify is to count beads from the end of the H in Elizabeth to the end of the Roman numeral II. Small beads will be 6, Large beads will be 7.
The easiest way is to look at the portrait ..... higher relief on the Large Beads than the Small regular beads. Just like the cents and the Silver Dollars of 1965 . It will stand out like a sore thumb if you are ever lucky enough to handle one.

I have contacted someone that will bring this to PCGS's attention. Maybe this variety could be the subject of a future column in the CN Journal - but I don't have a large beads in hand to examine and photograph!
