Slider23 Pillar of the Community United States 4472 Posts	Posted 01/01/2017 9:03 pm A Morgan can have a semi proof like surface, but does not have the mirror depth to get the PL designation. These coins are still very attractive. Below is a coin that I own that is very similar with a CAC sticker. I have a number of PL and DMPL coins, but I do not see any need on this coin to upgrade to PL. Report this Post to the Staff
