Are you asking if this coin might have PVC on it ..

I would say no ... I am fairly certain PCGS would not slab a coin
with PVC on it.

Looks like some pretty toning going on . That is a pretty nice original looking 92CC.

At first look, it does look similar to gunk I've encountered but on closer examination I changed my mind to toning.

I agree with GR58, I don't think they'd slab a coin with PVC on it.
