Opinions on this 1980 P Dime would be appreciated. The rim has separated, the date looks somewhat doubled and weak UNUM on reverse. Thanks for looking !

The line on the rim of the coin might be caused by a tilted die and some flattened fin. The die that struck your coin was in it LDS die state. When the die reaches this point the devices and the fields start distorting. That is what you are seeing. Just as Senior people get wrinkles, die also show there age with die flow and device deterioration. This is a spendable coin, no premium for this one. Sorry
