I don't know anything about coins I just happened to come across this one and I thought what better place to ask what it is, than a coin forum? :)
On one side it says "LO:WI:ET IN FR:D:1815 HVN:BOH:GAL:REX:A:A:" and there is a bird with two heads and a crown, carrying a sword in one foot and a cross in the other. And on the other side it says "AVST:IMPERATOR FRANCISCVS I:D:G:" and someones face is depicted from the side.
