That's common. The Quarter looks like its been freed from some holder that caused the deep scratch near the edge at 3 o'clock and the edges being thinner. If the reverse of the 1996-D Cent is normal, then that is a slight MAD. Report this Post to the Staff

A little clarification there will go a long way to help the pro's answer your questions about them. On another note, I have an almost completed Whittman LMC album that needs that 1986P LMC (top photo). I have had the hardest time finding one of those. Report this Post to the Staff

Some errors are better diagnosed by seeing both sides clearly. Maybe creating separate posts for each coin would help. Just my thoughts.
