I'd say ef45-au50. There's circ wear on the beard.

I really like the all around look to this one though, these are the sorts of pennies I look for for my Canadian and commonwealth coppers.

Nice even red brown and some even circulation no hard nicks or rim dings, and it struck up nicely certainly for the year. Nice one.
