Nice red, going to say a ms64 example with what looks like some small contact marks which would hold it back from a ms65. But seeing how it is a new certificate I will say it is quite possibly a ms65 to ICCS' standards today

I'll go 64 RD ..
..but would also like to see the left obv field in more light..
There could be some touches in there that we can't see..
