I bought a roll of "unsearched" pennies, and was lucky enough to find a P01 1872 Indian inside. While the PCGS website says that these can be worth up to $75 in these grades, this is only for PCGS certified coins. How much would I expect to sell a raw P01 1872 Indian head for?

Thanks in advance.
Rest in Peace

Common prices range from $5-15, depending on eye appeal.

If it's half way decent looking, and has a visible date, they can go for good money.

You have to angle it in the light to get the date. Not visible straight on.

If your camera has a micro setting I'd retake picture again, otherwise; used a loupe on the date.

But all aside, if it is than I think is worth around $5-$8.

You have to get good pics, front and back. Especially if you sell it on ebay. If it has a clear date you should get anywhere from 20-40 bucks. You have to have good pics, start an auction at .99 cents/free ship.
