Are These Silver Proofs? Jersey 1966 Set

I didn't realise they were silver proofs until I looked closely, so please excuse the horrible fingerprint marks! But are these Jersey 1966 silver proof five shilling coins? What is their approximate value? I've done some searching and I can only find non-silver ones. If I come to sell them and say they are silver, I want to be sure that they are the silver proofs. The two coins to the right are Cupro Nickel, and they are dull and don't reflect the light as well as these...I mean they're just not as shiny.
