Check this out. One side is 1964 the other is a 1995 p. It's most likely fake but if not it's sure strange.   |

They sell then at novelty shops for like $5 each. Two coins filed and bound together with metal adhesive.

When you drop it on a hard surface, you should hear a dull thud and not a ring. You can buy these on ebay and other places. Simply type in "two headed coin." A very cool find in the wild though! |

It's most likely fake Nope. It's a genuine man-made Magician's coin. It's worth more than a nickel, so that's good. I found a two-headed quarter a few years ago and was stupidly excited until I noticed the different mint marks. At least your coin has different years! Enjoy it; it's a fun find. |

You guys amaze me with all of the knowledge of coins! And cool even has illustrations and examples on any variety you can imagine ( even a Magicians coin ) . This is not my thread I know but thanks to all of you who share with the rest of us ! |

You can (used to be able) to buy a full set of two-sided coins for. $79.95 from certain coin dealers, both 2 heads or 2 tails. That's 1,5,10,25,50 and SBA. Not just a magic coin. Did find a two headed Memorial when first restarted in 2014, got real excited for a few weeks that I'd found a mint error, LCS showed me the seam on the edge, that balloon popped real fast! Two Tails. Most call heads On a coin toss.
