Is this from Bituriges? Do you have any idea about the date? Depending on the date, was the country "Gaul" or "Roman Empire" when this coin was used? What could one buy with a potin? Is that shape a horse?

Sorry @spott, but I'm not sure that we have someone currently active on CCF with special knowledge of this area. Wikipedia has a little information about potins, but this article by Marc Breitsprecher is a much better overview:
