64. Nice cheek but a couple of hits near nostril, luster breaks in fields and what looks like a weak strike in hair over the ear. I see it throughout the coin, but especially large areas in the left obverse field look flat and dull grey where I should be seeing continuous luster. See left obverse field below the level of the eye down to the neck. Looks like some raised metal in and around the chin.

I paid 99 USD for it. Almost all Morgan dollars in Finland are not slabbed so for slabbed ones I have to search online stores in Germany or U.S.

That seems kind of high for the date. Is that because it includes international shipping? Here you can buy PCGS MS64 generic date morgans for $62. Sometimes less if you buy multiples. Generally it is sight unseen, so you don't get to cherrypick them for date and condition. Usually you end up mostly with the lower half of the range within the grade because the dealers offering them have already cherrypicked them. Your coin is premium for the grade imho. Morgans are a great bargain for 19th century coins because of quirks in history. Enjoy your beautiful morgans.

$99 for coin plus shipping plus 24% extra VAT because Finland customs said so  . Living here in Finland is double-edged sword while collecting U.S. coins. Sometimes you get really good bargains and sometimes you need to pay if you want certain coin.
