I had it at XF40 but the talons and coin sharpness are telling me 45 so I I'm going with XF45

XF-40 seems right. Nice, original, crusty CBQ!

oih82w8, does that RPL refer to the 25C denomination characters? They do look strongly repunched in the photo.

RPL (Repunched Letter(s)) Pick Up Point(s) (PUP) The "O" in OF is overpunched the "F" (O/F) and the decimal point is missing from 25C.  The LDS (Late Die State) occurs when the die is about exhausted and the bisecting crack forms on the obverse across LIBERTY's bustline.
