The reason I ask--I'll be going to a big show in a couple of days and will keep my eyes out for good Canadian coins. Since I've noticed some California dealers consistently under-grade Canadians, I could pick up something requested if I see a particularly good deal.

Just as a bit of background, I shared these George V small cents at my cost to a few collectors here.

There's no up-front commitment to buy, unless the coin you want is particularly expensive, such as a high-grade 1923-25 1c or 1925-26 5c or that 1948 $1

Kurt,
Is the show in the Bay Area? I had a great time at the Redwood Empire show and, not that I've recovered, I'm ready for more!
Thanks.

Kurt, Happy hunting, my friend!
If you spot a 1922, '23, and/or '36, I'm sure I can find a place to put it, or them. BTW, should you see some large cent folders, take a look, and let me know what they have, or lack, and what they are going for, (depending on if the '07 is present). I understand it is the "boss voin" in the group.
But, above all, ENJOY yourself!

As an update, I did not find any really good deals on George V cents from 1922-26. Most were priced full retail, or had little issues I didn't like. I did get myself a great set of Newfoundland coins and other finds.
