Amazing what boredom does. Found this in the wife's tip change. Bad thing is, it may be a 1999 WAM. Hard to tell with the date, but the reverse had all the right attributes....sheesh  Thoughts? Thanks in advance.

At least it is wasn't a 99, is a D too, 92D looks like. Bet it was done by a bladed instrument like a hand axe, closeup appears whacked at 45° angle. Maybe its artwork to a new Boy Scout merit badge?

In my opinion, I don't think you have anything to worry about because to me, it looks like a 1990.
