there are tripling on TRUST, specially on the S & T
was unable to find a reference to a TD variety.
Does anyone have an idea?

I think you have some serious die wear, Note the flow towards the rim, and the wear on the top of the letters S, T and the E in Liberty

Could be FS-101 with some Strike Doubling making it look tripled. It has the right markers but appears tripled rather than doubled.

Alternatively, it's new, which seems unlikely (to me).

I don't think its FS-101 ,Reverse is normal. FS-101 has DDR-002
