I found one more penny in my plundering today and it has a couple errors, I think. It is struck slightly off center but has an extra rim about half way around the coin. Then I flipped it over a few times and it is rotated as well. I was just wondering if it is worth holding on to. I put it in the case for reference. Thanks

Looks like a partial collar issue. The edge is the tell tale sign.

That's one I flipped it as carefully as I could so you could see the rotation.

It is a partial collar error, the third photo of the edge is definitive.
