1995 Dime With Curious Marks Behind Roosevelt's Head.

Mitchell Roberts New Member United States 31 Posts	Posted 04/24/2017 02:50 am I'm just Wonderin if y'all could tell me what these marks are behind his head. It could be the heat and gas that makes bubbles that I've seen on a lot of coins but I'm not sure. I DO know that they're raised and not all that bubbly. Not scratches either.
