Every collector of ancients should have a Constantine...right? I won this at auction a little over a month ago. I think it is a very nice example. It also happens to be an Ex Dattari coin. Constantine I. Follis. Constantinople (328-9) Obv: CONSTANTINVS MAX AVG, rosette-diademed, draped bust right Rev: CONSTANTINIANA DAFNE, Victory seated left on cippus, looking right, holding palm branch in each hand, trophy in background, captive seated left at foot.
