I found this one today and I've seen a couple posts on 1960 d skirted r. I think I've found one. I was wondering if it is a skirted r and also if it's worth keeping? It's not in the best shape. Thanks guys

Yes,die chip. I have never heard of it being called skirted r.

I've heard of that term before. They use it on ebay to make it seem to be something of value. But it is just a fancy name for a chip on the die. Probably created by someone who wanted to unload his coins on ebay.
