I have tried various light sources and backgrounds to try and capture this coin's appearance. The fifth photo does it the most justice. Is it? Or isn't it? Report this Post to the Staff
CarlOmaha Valued Member United States 181 Posts	Posted 03/02/2019 10:44 pm Here's a 1977-P nickel that I suspected of having the black beauty syndrome, but most likely exposure to the elements. There's hints of shiny nickel around the edge and high points of the hair. Report this Post to the Staff
