Besides flipping back and forth between website pics, I thought I'd say hello to my community and see if there was info on the 36 dot cent for verification. I thought the position seemed close and also on the big dot directly above the date there was a die line or breakage that I thought seemed similar. Pretty difficult to pinpoint identification on this one so far. I've read everything from the Mint using 200 different dies for circulation strikes to the dot being applied by hand...not an easy challenge by any means but I say why not give it a go haha!
