Looks AU details. Stained, maybe ex jewelry, I have posted my 1912 S $5 and the jewelry effect isn't as obvious as this one, still the 14d is the 3rd lowest mintage behind the 1914 and the key 1911 D. Then again I could be wrong as the 1914 d had serious die issues with striking.

Copy that, thanks for your opinion. This was included in a lot of junk silver quarters that I purchased a couple of years ago. I figured that the Gold quarter dollar cost me $200.
