That's quite a contrast between the two sides. Probably from sitting in an album for an extended period of time. The reverse is a concern but I don't see any obvious hairlines. I would say xf-45 with a possibility of sliding into AU.

XF-45 and if it has luster AU-50. Nice coin with some interesting toning!

AU-50. No sign of cleaning or dipping. Toning is natural with obverse exposure resulting in darker patination.
