How Can A Circulated 1916-S Be Worth This Much?

Kfseadog Valued Member United States 50 Posts	Posted 07/21/2017 3:08 pm There's an ebay auction for what looks to be a circulated 1916-S Mercury dime right now that is currently over $300. How is this coin worth that much? It's clearly not a D mint mark. The only thing I can think is that the S mm seems to be misplaced.
