Is this a error?
On the rim The metal is curled, I am new with Buffalo nickles,
I found a few in a Jefferson coin roll as I've started coin roll hunting.

The first E in five cents looks a bit bent aswell.

Thanks

Just scratches. Almost looks intentional, which would be termed graffiti.

Nice find for sure, but I am thinking PMD. Aka damage, not error.

I agree with the others that those look like scratches. However, congrats on finding these buffs out in the wild!
