So I stumbled across this gem in a pile of dirty dirty ancients recently. I noticed the reverse was not one I commonly see from the 4th century AE3's I'm used to.
I'm still slowly working on the bust, its pretty caked on
But since this is this "kings" only coin essentially, Here is a picture of the reverse.
Hanniballianus was a relative of Constantine and was given domain of a small small province of Ponitca. Oddly enough he was considered the King of this region, a title not often bestowed in this era. Once Constantine died, he was removed from his remote power by descendants of Constantine.

Reverse is SECURITAS PVBLICA
Minted in Constantinople, with the Mint mark of CONSS
The reverse depicts the river god Euphrates lying right, holding a scepter.
Overall this is a promising little bronze once the cleaning is complete.
