1960 D Small Date LMC?

I can't tell the difference between the small date and large date, any help would be appreciated.

Thank you for the link, Thats a tough one to tell the difference, the 1970 was a lot easier to notice the differences, I really appreciate your help.

It's a Large Date. This should help to distinguish them:

1960-D-Small-Date-LMC?

Despite position, there are a few things to note. The inner curl of the 9 has a different ending point, the length of the 6's upper arm is different and the 0 is either circular or slightly oval.

The biggest clue for me is the tooling on the '6' on the date:
