This coin also has me scratching my head. Mainly the extra windows on the reverse. These windows seem very odd and very out of place. Any advice is greatly appreciated!

I think coin circulation has worn down the tops of those devices on that area of the building. The area you are pointing to supposed to look farther back.

I see what you're saying coop. The thing that puzzles me is the line running through the top set of windows. I added an arrow to show what I'm seeing.

Coop nails it again!

That line is simply the bottom edge of the cornice that appears as the dividing line in your "windows".

Note on the top image you can see die flow lines on the fields. The arrow points to die flow lines also on the fields. I used the bottom image is a composite image I create back then also:
