1970 Small Date LMC?

I can't tell if it's a small date or not, I have trouble on the small date coins. Any help would be appreciated.

Looks like LD to me. Tops are not in line, and the inner 9 loop is pointing at the bottom of the 7.

As far as I know, only the S-mint cents have the LD and SD varieties for 1970. The SD would be the valuable one in that case.

If it helps, yours would be a Large Date if compared to the San Francisco Mint coins.

Thank you for the info, is the 1960 small date only a certain mint as well?

The only 1960 Small Date with a premium is the Philly mint (no mm). There is also the 1960-D/D Small/Large Date that has the most value. It looks like this (from PCGS):

When looking at images on your computer for auctions, you might try this tip:
1970-Small-Date-LMC?
A business card to a straight edge of paper can show you the tops of the date easier. But I always look first for the bottom of the 7. If it is below the '0' on the date, it is a large date.
