It could be a possible Struck Through error, but will need better pictures to tell.

Rather than being struck through, it looks to me more like this coin has a spot of something on the surface. Without better pics, it is hard to know for sure.

My reasoning is that it is not exactly a struck through error, because what had got in the way during striking is now gone.

Looks to be a metallic inclusion in the planchet, or
a metallic particle impressed into the surface of the planchet during striking.

Either way, to my thinking, it is a planchet error.

My friend you are going to need to provide some way better photos of what you are describing...what you currently have will NOT suffice. From what I can see...it looks like a smudge and not something that is pressed into the coin; but like I said; without better photos I really couldn't tell you. Sorry.
