You actually right, CC-Ottawa.
The order could be placed, but then cancelled.
Well...still worth to try, if you want to avoid paying premium. Or - just wait. The increased mintage and 'not the first in the series' gives a hope, that it will keep the issue price as a maximum.

The parliament at the centre of the coin is very similar to the one in the puzzle coin.
I don't see the significance of this coin.
Can anyone please tell me why this coin is so hot?
I might buy one because of the reasonable 4,000 mintage as well as the nice box. But I don't see the reason to buy two.

Colonial Acres never sold the Master Club Renewed Silver Dollars. But they have sold the lotus shaped Master Club Exclusive coins. And the blue enamel type ones.
On the other hand, Canadian Coin & Currency has sold the Renewed Silver Dollars and the Renewed 50 cents coin too. In fact, CC&C has sent me the November coin catalog with the Renewed Parliament Silver Dollar in it. You need to be a VIP member to see it. But when I try to order it online, it is not there.
As for public sales, the public is not allowed to order Master Club Exclusives until 45 days after release day. But there is no way there will be stock left 45 days later for this coin. For example, the last lotus shaped MC coin, the Timber Wolf coin is still available for MC members more than a month after release but non MC members can't assess the web page.

Colonial Acres currently has the renewed silver dollars on their site. While they are currently out of stock, they had stock a couple of weeks ago for both the Voyageur and Library of Parliament. Of course, I am not trying to be confrontational - just stating what I see/saw. It is possible someone sold their renewed dollars to Colonial. That being said, I seem to recall them having quite a few Library of Parliament coins.

@jarms049, Colonial Acres has never sold the Renewed Silver Dollars during release day/week. Colonial acres is not even an Authorized RCM dealer. They are not listed on the RCM website. Colonial Acres is a major buyer of coins and the Master Club coins you see there are bought from other people. I can guarantee CA will not be selling this Renewed Silver Dollar this week. They may have it a few weeks or months from now. And sell it for above issue price as they did for the Library of Parliament coin which is now sold out but at a price of $300.

Well thank you for shedding some light on this for me haha.

The coin is available (from the morning) at "The Coin Shoppe"
Whoever really wanted it - got it.
It nice looking one, and intersects with the Canada's Anniversary (Parliament Building), but decided to skip, even it available for non-MC. The 1958 remake will be "more my cup of tea"

This series, at the very least proves one thing...RCM, when it keeps it simple...can still dazzle.

Looks like it managed to survive the MC Platinum Prestige/Plus tiers and go to MC Platinum. By tomorrow it should hit the Gold Tier.
4000 is plenty to go around despite the limit of 2.

At first this coin was a bonus for highest tier MC, now with every coin with increased mintage, the RCM has found a way to destroy this bonus, just another issue that you could buy latter for a discount.

Quote: destroyed? Bonus expanded to give all MC tiers an opportunity to jump on this series... This great for all, but bonus-destroyer for high level MC. Bonus is not bonus anymore, if everyone can get it. Not exclusive, in other words.

Concept behind this series is for these to be available as a Bonus for being in MC. and exclusive for MC - Don't see anything specific about this series for just the upper tier MC. I think this mintage is fair and should be available for those MC who covet it.
