I have this coin for almost 2 years but I just realized it has a die chip I'd call:
Toothpick-in-the-eye error
Netherland-1-Gulden-1928-Funny-Die-Chip-Error
Maybe the queen put it there to prevent her eyelids from closing due to sleepiness

Anyways, here's a normal coin on numista for reference:

It could be a die gouge of some sort.

I think it is quite unlikely that it is a die gouge: if you look closely at the reference image, there should be a very sharp and deep line near the eye, which means the die would have to be thin and highly raised (and fragile too) for that part.

I guess that this part of the die breaks/chips so it leaves a raised line on the coin.

Since it is straight and equal lateral, it looks to be a struck through piece of debris, a metal shaving similar to a "rim burr".

Except that it is raised on the coin and not incuse, as a struck-through should be.

Exactly, it's raised, so it's not a strike-through.
