The Netherlands has a long monetary history, so as a collector you'll never run out of new types of coins to collect. I think this is a big part of the reason why there is little interest in die varieties for Dutch coins, definitely nothing like in the US. The die varieties that people do pay attention to are mostly the change of year or mintmark. Apart from those you'd find that there is no catalogue that actually lists any die varieties (with just a few exceptions for some very obvious differences in dies).
Especially coins like those (post WW2 coins) are not very popular with collectors: there are just too many of them still around; they sell by the kilo. I still got to meet the first collectors that actually checks them for die varieties. :)
