The second 0 has something in it. What is this considered?
Picture b is the obverse of the coin.
Picture I is the close up of the 05.
Also put a picture (h) of the mintmark to get information.

Any and all information on this would be greatly appreciated.

Most all roll and sent to banks P&D are real cuddy to say the lest find a good roll or an non mint set coin is hard on to get?
