My uncle clearly spent thousands of hours scrutinizing coins and I feel obligated to learn these obvious coin anomalies to understand their value.

To the left of the 6 and inside the circle of the six seem to me to be probably die cracks.

Not a die crack, they are die chips.

Looks more like a small chip and some die wear to me. Note how is looks like a wave moving in the direction of the rim. The '4' is also showing this die aging process.
