I'm no good with RPMs except the obvious. Have you checked Variety Vista for possible matches?

Not sure, this compares to last one on VV, only one close bur w/o a clear upper serif and other markers would be impossible to attribute. Note my marks of questions, a slight diference in left side location ans something not right inside the D, not lining up right, I'd have to say no unless other markers match.

Anyone see anything? Only thing I could find was a die chip on his bow tie under the left side

Looks like a couple of very minor RPMs. Probably not listed. But that tells me that if you can see these, then when a strong RPM comes under your glass, you will catch it.
