Well they are different pictures, not much better ones. Lit better but still out of focus and now from further away. Have only done a cursory look over it but I still can't make a match. Trying to use the reverse this time but the upside down picture isn't helping.

Seller was garunmc. I purchased a nice PCGS graded coin from them a few months ago. Had some contact with them during the listing, and am tempted to ask them what happened, but it might be best to leave this one alone.

I suspect that this piece may have been a damaged copy. The damage at the top of the wreath may have been inflicted to obscure the word "COPY." The grayish hues are something else that I found to be suspect.
