I have often noticed that the special PL sets like a graduation gift set or wedding set is often cheaper than a regular PL set. Is there any reason for this? Are these "gift" PL sets just as good as a regular PL set?

Hi David

The special PL set always come with a color coin in usually the quarter's always thought that color coins are more valuable the normal one,if I look in the Charlton book in the special issue PL set and the regular PL set I think the year of issue as something to do with the highest value.

I ordered a set, but I hope the Caribou quarter is in it. The picture didn't seem to show a coloured coin.
