Hard to imagine a more worn but still decipherable example that would be as clean as this one.

Just kind of hard to believe that this late a date of a large cent could have circulated long enough to acquire that much wear. A pocket piece, perhaps.

I hate to say it but a slabbed P-01 would probably sell for decent money.

I'd buy it for the gamble. ebay might do $10-12.

Meets the criteria for PO01 by being identifiable by date & type ... I defer to the experts on this series if the surface porosity is original.

There are many collectors who have embraced the low-ball pursuit ... might surprise you if listed on ebay.
