i see a little extra piece on the reverse side and not sure if its DD OBVERSE OR MD ...what the experts see ?

I'm not seeing any DD or MD on the obverse. Your coin looks to be a minor MAD (misaligned die) though. On the reverse where your arrow is pointing to is, I believe, a folded Rim Fin which are often found on MAD's but not always. I am not %100 sure so let the more knowlegable chime in.

I see some MD on the obverse and a minor struck through debris on the reverse. Check the edge of the coin in that area, you should be able to see where the debris ends. The debris if flattened to the field during the strike.
