Not sure if this is a "Dryer" coin, or what but it seemed odd. Probably nothing but thought I would post to see if it was anything other than PMD.

It is indeed Post Mint Damage. I was wondering if a Vise Grip did all of this damage?

Rim not typical of a Dryer Coin, but not sure what exactly did this damage. Definitely PMD and a spender.
