They informed me all uncut sheets are trimmed and checked for quality. They also do not have a letter number sequence assigned. My bill was miscut at the reserve. Report this Post to the Staff

The only 2009A $100 uncut sheets were in the LF-A block. I'll let the experts chime in but you might have a nice error note on your hands. It looks legit from what I can tell from the photo.
