This coin is a small date Denver mint coin.

Ok Coop thanks. I looked at the online photos of small and large dates and after 2 hours of work I thought this was a large date because of the positioning of the D in relation to the year. I will review again. Do you see doubling of any kind?

Looks pretty much like normal:
1960-D-Cent-Large-Date-Doubling?
If you coin is tilted too much, when you take an image of it, it will be shorter in height.

The base around the '9' has funny marks on all of them:

There is no doubling on this coin. Pretty much a regular large date.
