Not sure if this is a double die or MD? In God We Trust is definitely doubled though. I can see the whole word trust wrote on top of the word trust. What do you guys think?

Looks like MD on the close in devices on the motto. But the die state is in the VLDS (Very-Late-Die-State) which hides what is going on with those devices. Note the flowing lines on the last image over the throat area. Also there is a lot of circulation damage on the coin. Looking through the CPG book, I don't see any listed doubled dies for that year. Nothing listed on the Variety Vista site. Nothing listed on the Wexler doubled die site either. So I feel this not hub doubling on the die. More of a die wear/MD/circulation issue on your coin. Usually you would see a spread on the devices with notching sometimes:

Note this side by side is comparing to a 1985 quarter. The normal shape is no longer present because of die wear and circulation contact like with your coin. So I'm not seeing a DDO on your coin. Sorry
