1966 Roosevelt Dime With Die Clash?

I think I found a die clash, the silhouette appears to be the head and reversed, its this correct?
Normal view shows the coin as I flip it and the compare view shows the outline (I roughed it out) with some arrows.

You have where the bust is shown as a clash on the reverse. You did select the affected area. On the overlay I make you can see the obverse clash marks that show from the reverse die.
