I am very new at looking for errors on coins but I found a 1969 D dime tbat looks like it has an error accross the face. Does anyone know if that is possible? Is there a place I could send it to know for sure? Any information would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Clearer pics would help, but looks like a scratch.
Rest in Peace

We really need better pix, a full coin shot, both sides even helps. By what I see, the shadows indicate a slight raising of the indent edge, this is a scratch. The metal has been moved and pushed slightly up. Just a circulated coin damage, no error.

It looks like an incuse mark across the face. Could be a scratch or something else.
