I agree. It's flat and shelf-like, therefore Mechanical Doubling.

Keep hunting. There's stuff out there waiting to be found.

Nothing listed on the 90's Quarters except for the 90-S, 93-S and 95-S for the 1990's quarters on the obverse.

Reverses: Nothing for the whole decade on DDR's. So they are not much to search through.

Wexler lists one 1990-S and one 1997-P (double ear lobe) Not much use to search through these on that decade?
