@76e, you certainly could get a more highly-powered magnifier and take pics that are even more close-up than what you have posted; however, we should be able to see any doubling with what you have already posted. I'm with @crazyb0 on this one--I see some unusual surface staining and/or residue on the field around the number 3, but no doubling. Maybe draw an arrow on the existing pic and then re-post so we can look at the specific region of interest? Thx.

It might be grease? (Toothpick test will show it if is or not) It maybe something on the coin like glue: It maybe something was spilled on the coin. If it is level with the surface it might be a stain. But not a premium for the coin though.
